Olika moment i kursen:
- Identifikation av styrkor och utvecklingsområden i kommunikativ förmåga. Denna del genomförs vid ett inledande tvådagarsseminarie i helklass med test samt övningar, föreläsningar och gruppdiskussioner
- Föreläsningar inom centrala områden; kommunikation som information, dialog och struktur, retorik, vuxenutveckling och kommunikation, dynamiska komplexa system
- Arbete i konsultationsform i liten grupp, vid fem tillfällen, där arbetsfältet är utveckling av personlig kommunikationsförmåga kopplat till den egna verksamheten
- Ett skrivarbete som kopplas till ett kommunikativt projekt i den egna organisationen
